Year 11 GCSE Examinations 2021

I appreciate that it has been a difficult and challenging time for you with the cancelling of the exams for the summer 2021 series, and you may have concerns and questions about the GCSE results this year.

Dear Parent/Carer and Student,

I can confirm the GCSE results day is Thursday 12 August 2021. We will provide details of how this will operate at a later date but are hopeful you should be able to collect the results in person.

Your child should bring home their Statement of Entry today. This shows the GCSE subjects they have been entered for with the exam boards and confirms the GCSE examinations they would have taken this summer.

It is very important you check the GCSE examination entries are correct, including the tier of entry, where appropriate, which is either higher or foundation.

If you believe there is a mistake, including any issues with the spelling of the name or subjects missing on your Statement of Entry please contact Mrs Taylor, the Exams Officer on jo.taylor1@charlton.uk.com, as soon as possible, so we can resolve any issues swiftly.
