I am very proud of the Charlton School community and the work that takes place each day. During the inspection, inspectors will see a school guided by strong values, high expectations and a genuine commitment to meeting the needs of every student. This is the result of the hard work of staff, students and the ongoing support of parents and carers, which helps to create a positive, inclusive environment where young people feel known, supported and encouraged to do their best.

The inspection is an opportunity for us to showcase the excellent work that takes place every day, and we are confident in the strength of the education and care provided for our pupils.
