Dear Parents/Carers

As you may be aware, we will be having the school nurses administering the flu nasal spray, in school, on 22^nd October.  We have attached the consent form for this, if your child has not brought home a paper copy.  Please could you complete and return this form, as soon as possible, to enable the nurses to give your child the best possible protection against the flu virus. Could I also remind all parents, to please continue to supply their child/children with facemasks, to be worn inside our school building, during the day (excluding those who are exempt).
