Personal, Learning and Thinking Skills

The progress report includes a grid to show the teacher’s assessment of the student’s personal, learning and thinking skills shown in the subject.

Students are graded in six groups of skills:
 
independent enquiry
creative thinking
reflective learning
team working
self-management
effective participation.
 
Students are graded as to whether they show the level of skill expected for their age group.
 
GREEN Above expectation in that skill area.
AMBER At expected level in that skill area.
RED Below expectation in that skill area.
